INSTRUCTIONS:

Thank you for your interest in becoming an intern at Central Wesleyan Church!
Your application must include the following information:
• Intern Application
• Pastor/Church Recommendation Form
• Personal Recommendation Form (1 Required. To be completed by Professor, Teacher, Administrator, etc. Must be non-family members.)

CENTRAL WESLEYAN CHURCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE ANY PERSON FROM SERVICE IN OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE NEXTGEN PASTOR. EXTENSIVE STATE AND FEDERAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE REQUIRED OF ALL APPLICANTS PRIOR TO SELECTION.

However, your application will be disqualified if your background check results do not match answers given to the following questions.
